Anezka Sero is an Australian actor and writer, appearing in the films Healing (2014), Son of the Mask (2005) and Magic Beach (2025). She is the author of several novels, including Away, Retrovision, Beautiful, Scary Music, Rosy and the Witch, Welcome to Bleeding Hills, Crystal Blades, Nurse Hell and the Adventures of Microboy & Microgirl and has a four part Australian mini series titled The Fall Out of Us currently in development.

Anezka has worked as a dialect and performance coach on several leading Australian and US productions, including the 2025 reboot of Anaconda, Netflix titles Lolo and Kid, Outside, Letter to My Youth, The Shadow Strays, Borderless Fog, a US Nintendo Switch television campaign and stage productions of Les Miserables, Round the Twist, Elvis: A Musical Revolution, Mary Poppins, Fun Home and Billy Elliot. She works as a manager and publicist for a select group of young Australian and international artists under her company Sero Pty, and has produced and written several award winning songs and music videos. Her clients have secured bookings and call backs to several international screen productions, including current titles for Netflix and Disney and are working internationally.

Anezka trained at the Actors Centre and at the Australian Theatre for Young People in Sydney, and was mentored by Bill Pepper (NIDA) and John Lander (SUPERMAN RETURNS) in dialect and voice coaching. She has an arts and masters degree in professional writing and editing and holds a masters degree at Monash University in Literature.

Anezka is based in Melbourne, London and Los Angeles.

Do you offer dialect and performance coaching via Zoom?

Yes - the majority of my clients are based interstate and internationally so while some classes and taping sessions can be offered in my home studio, the majority of sessions are held via Zoom, Face Time and My Groups. Sessions range from one on one dialect and performance coaching, call back and screen test prep, on set coaching, cold reading, accent reels and show reels.
